  • Higher purpose, healing.
Simply put, we wish to impact those who are broken. Physical brokenness negatively impacts the rest of the being and hinders daily life. Dr. Fore is a clinician with a definite purpose to empower and heal people in pain. Committed to serving you.
  • Are you faith based?
Without getting too specific, yes. Hope and faith have an important part in healing. The mind affects the bodies ability or lack of. We emphasize whole person care. If you have faith or hope, we want to integrate this into your session.
  • Do you have productivity standards?
No. The patient comes first. If you need more time, you get it. If you need a phone call, you get it. If you need to be heard, we will listen. The patient comes first. Need we say more? --> This is how and why we impact the community. ForeWellness was created for the client.
  • Do you take insurance?
Not at this time. We are working on making this option available but this is a benefit to you.
  • Are prices negotiable?
Yes, we can discuss pricing and find a payment option that works best for you.
  • Why is PT transitioning to a cash pay service?
Physical Therapy was never meant to be a insurance based service. Its a skill based service where quality is equal of treatment is determined by who you hire. Insurance based services always have productivity standards due to the decrease in reimbursements. This is where productivity standards come into play. Rather than 1:1 individualized approach, the clinic must shove 3 patients into 1 hour to remain profitable. Technicians and assistants typically perform treatment sessions because actual PT`s cost money. You essentially are buying into a lie.
  • Why would not using insurance benefit me?
Here, you will be seen, heard and be helped. You are investing in us so we invest in you. The relationship is mutual. Equal exchanges are made and this is why real results are obtained. Results are the reason. If you are truly serious about improving your current state or reaching PT goals, you will be serious enough to pay cash for service like you would for a premium specialized service elsewhere. Think about the last time you paid a little extra for something you knew was better quality... most often it turns out to be a world of difference. Cash pay quality premium service is worlds away from puppy mill insurance based therapy. Don`t take any chances with your own body. Physical Therapy was never meant to be insurance based due to the time and attention required for actual results. We will take care of you and you will leave happy. DON`T BE ANOTHER NUMBER.
  • What is the cost of a session?
Anywhere between $90-150 per 75 mins. It depends on the type of service rendered (ie. soft tissue massage vs therapeutic exercise) This cost includes 24/7 contact with our team and support for when you have questions or concerns. The cost includes more than just the 75 mins of therapy, this is why we are premium service. We investigate whatever means necessary to find the result.
